Follow the moving pink dot, you'll see that it stays pink. However, if you stare at the cross in the middle of the pink circle, you'll see that the "Pink" dot, looks like a green dot.  If you continue to stare at the cross, the pink dots should start to fade away.

But get this right, there is really no green dot, and the pink dots aren't fading away, this is what our brain wants us to think.

Notice how you can see the petals "moving" when you don't look at them?  Then when you do go look at them, they stop moving.  In reality, nothing is moving, your brain is trying to convince you that they are moving when really, they are stationary.
